16.25% for Shandong Dawn Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. and other Chinese producers/exporters are taxed at. The products involved are pigments with a dry dose of titanium dioxide content greater than or equal to 80%, involving products under the Eurasian Economic Union tax Code 3206110000, but excluding titanium dioxide used in the production of spices and cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and food.
