In contrast, digital inkjet technology employs computer-controlled nozzles to precisely spray ink, allowing for complex patterns and rich color transitions, ideal for small batches and customization. Digital methods also reduce environmental impact by utilizing water-based inks. As consumer demand for personalized products grows, digital inkjet is becoming the dominant method, gradually replacing traditional screen printing in various markets.
